What is MyStorage?

We’re Vietnam’s only full-service mini-storage operator. We offer both traditional private lockers and also an on-demand storage service. We can pick up your items, store them securely, and deliver them back when you need them. As the first full-service storage facility in Vietnam, we offer unparalleled convenience and reliability.

Why use MyStorage?

We help you declutter your life. If you have items you don’t need on a regular basis, we’ll store them for you. Our service is convenient, secure, and affordable.

Is MyStorage safe?

Safety and security are a top priority at MyStorage. Our facility has 24-hour security and is equipped with cameras, motion detectors, night vision, and alarms. We leave nothing to chance.

How are prices calculated?
We calculate our prices by volume (cubic meters). You can use our space calculator/size guide or measure your belongings (height x length x width in cm). If you need assistance, simply send us a photograph, and we’ll provide you with an estimate.
How much does it cost?

There are many variables that impact your storage costs. AC or no AC, private lockers or allocated shelf space in a shared warehouse, duration of storage, etc. Please contact us for a personalized quote or check out our online booking tool here.

Do you offer insurance?

MyStorage offers free basic protection plus optional increased coverage depending on your needs — Silver, Gold, and Platinum— that provide coverage of 25,000,000 VND, 50,000,000 VND, and 100,000,000 VND, respectively.

How can I order your storage services?

You can easily book our storage services online through our website here. Alternatively, you can give us a call or email us at [email protected]. Once we receive your order, we’ll come to your location to pick up your belongings and store them in our clean, secure, and air-conditioned facility.

How do I get my items back?
If you want your items delivered back, simply call, email, or message us to make a request. We will promptly deliver your items to your address. Alternatively, you can also schedule the delivery via our customer portal.
How can I access my stored items?

You are welcome to visit our facility at any time, and our staff will assist you in retrieving individual items. Access to our shared storage areas is only permitted when accompanied by one of our trusted staff members. However, if you have booked a private locker, you are free to access it 24/7.

Do you offer an emergency pick-up/drop-off service?

Of course we do. Just give us a call and we’ll take care of the rest. Please understand that while we may be booked with other deliveries at that time, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What kind of items can I store?

You can store all kinds of items with us, from documents and clothing to furniture. However, certain items are prohibited. Please check our list of prohibited items here.

How can I pay?
You can pay with cash, bank transfer, PayPal or credit card at pick-up or online. You may choose between non-recurring payments, where you pay upfront for the duration needed, or recurring payments, where the fee is charged to your credit card automatically on a monthly basis.
Do you offer packing materials?

Yes, we offer regular cardboard boxes, wardrobe boxes, tape, bubble wrap and more. Additionally, we provide free plastic tubs for use during your storage period. Find out more here: Packing Materials

Can I come and visit the facility?

Certainly. Our self storage facility is conveniently located in District 2. You can come during our office hours and our team will be happy to welcome you. We even offer a free pick-up and delivery service to come check out our facility.

What is the difference between self-storage and shelf space?

Self storage is a perfect option for those who need frequent access to their items. These are private lockers where only the customer has access,

Shelf space is ideal for customers who don’t need frequent access to their items. Customer belongings are stored on an allocated shelf in our secure warehouse, where only our trusted staff members have access. Shelf space is significantly less expensive, as you only pay for the actual amount of cubic meters you are storing, and not an entire locker, regardless of how much you put into the locker.

You can rest assured that both concepts offer the same security and quality.

Can you do partial returns?

We are happy to return individual items upon request. Please ensure that you label your belongings carefully to help us identify these items for return delivery when the need arises.
