Full Service Storage is designed for customers who want a hassle-free experience without needing regular access to their stored items. With this service, the MyStorage team handles everything—retrieving, storing, and organizing your items—saving you both time and effort. Pickup and delivery are included, so you don’t need to visit the facility yourself.
In contrast, Self Storage gives you direct access to your personal storage unit whenever you need. You can manage and organize your items independently and visit your unit as often as you like. Self Storage is ideal for those who may need frequent access to their belongings or prefer a more hands-on approach.

We have three convenient storage facilities in Ho Chi Minh City:

Simply schedule your pickup online, by phone, or by email. Transportation fees depend on the volume of items:
- 1 CBM: Van (500kg capacity) + handling (no helper)
- 2–3 CBM: Van (500kg) + handling + 1 helper
- 3–6 CBM: Van (1T) + handling + 2 helpers
- 6–12 CBM: Truck (2T) + handling + 3 helpers
Your items are covered with our free basic plan, and additional options are available for more coverage:
- Basic (Free): Up to VND 500,000 per CBM, with a max of VND 10,000,000
- Silver: VND 50,000/month, covering up to VND 25,000,000
- Gold: VND 100,000/month, covering up to VND 50,000,000
- Platinum: VND 200,000/month, covering up to VND 100,000,000
You can store a wide range of items, including:
Furniture, documents, business inventory, seasonal items, sports equipment, clothing, and personal belongings
However, we can’t store perishable goods, hazardous materials, living things, illegal items, or strong-smelling items.
Absolutely! You can update your inventory at any time. Simply contact our team, and we’ll help you add, remove, or swap out items in your storage space.
