“I used the service for two weeks last month due to a visa run. The standard rate is usually one month, but I decided to give it a try as I heard a new travel luggage storage service had just launched. The basic rate was 650,000 VND for the first week, with an additional 250,000 VND for each extra week. Including an 8% VAT, I paid a total of 972,000 VND. As you can see, I stored about three boxes of bottled water, and I personally delivered them to My Storage. (However, it seems you can store even more than this amount within the standard rate.) I received my items back safely after two weeks without any issues, and the storage condition was excellent. Best of all, you can consult with a Korean staff member via KakaoTalk, so even those with limited language skills like me can proceed comfortably. (Thank you to the Korean manager who helped me😊) I have to leave Vietnam for a short time next week, so I will be requesting your services again soon.”

“While in Ho Chi Minh, we had several large bags and boxes that were too heavy to fly back with. We needed an urgent storage solution until we could return to and take them back with us.
