American| Solo Expat| I used My Storage to store my suitcase, backpack and duffle so I didn’t have to drag them around Vietnam because I couldn’t find a suitable and affordable luggage storage company. My Storage did an amazing job! They offer AC shelf storage for a small quantity of items and it’s much more affordable than renting an entire unit. The staff is friendly, speaks English and is very responsive to all of your questions and concerns. Son was very helpful also. If you’re looking for reliable, safe and affordable storage in HCMC this is the company to use.

Friendly, professional, forward thinking and good communicators. I’m very satisfied and will use their packing services again in the future. I chose to have my stuff stored for 6 weeks so I will write another review once I receive my stuff back. I used the service for two weeks last month due to a visa run. The standard rate is usually one month, but I decided to give it a try as I heard a new travel luggage storage service had just launched. The basic rate was 650,000 VND for the first week, with an additional 250,000 VND for each extra week. Including an 8% VAT, I paid a total of 972,000 VND. As you can see, I stored about three boxes of bottled water, and I personally delivered them to My Storage. (However, it seems you can store even more than this amount within the standard rate.) I received my items back safely after two weeks without any issues, and the storage condition was excellent. Best of all, you can consult with a Korean staff member via KakaoTalk, so even those with limited language skills like me can proceed comfortably. (Thank you to the Korean manager who helped me😊) I have to leave Vietnam for a short time next week, so I will be requesting your services again soon.

While in Ho Chi Minh, we had several large bags and boxes that were too heavy to fly back with. We needed an urgent storage solution until we could return to and take them back with us. MyStorage was excellent. They documented all our items, kept them secure, and when it was time to take the bags back (a few months later), they helped us load the car and reconfirmed everything.
