We had a great experience with them. It was very easy to communicate and arrange everything from booking a unit to eventually getting things delivered to our new place with their moving service.

Convenient self storage concept in ministop. Managed to store my luggage to explore the area before my flight. Easy to use with the QR code.

Smooth service, professional packing and delivering, always on-time (always early arrived). Their system also works smoothly, you can send any pickup or delivery request via their web without too much communications. All my stuffs were perfectly protected for 4 months before moving to a new apartment. Highly recommend.

Great location and very convenient for storage needs. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, with helpful staff and a smooth rental process. I felt confident leaving my belongings here, and the pricing was fair for the quality of service provided. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable self-storage in Ho Chi Minh City.

While in Ho Chi Minh, we had several large bags and boxes that were too heavy to fly back with. We needed an urgent storage solution until we could return to and take them back with us. MyStorage was excellent. They documented all our items, kept them secure, and when it was time to take the bags back (a few months later), they helped us load the car and reconfirmed everything. Absolutely perfect. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I’m very satisfied with the service. The staff have been very helpful and responsive in answering my questions. The service is also very convenient — everything can be paid online, so there’s no need to prepare a large amount of cash. I also really appreciate the 24-hour access to retrieve or store items anytime. The pricing is reasonable as well. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience
