The staff is friendly, speaks English and is very responsive to all of your questions and concerns. Son was very helpful also. I move house every year, but this is the first time it's been so easy and quick because the team here is so professional. They work extremely efficiently and communicate very friendly in both English and Vietnamese. Importantly: the moving cost is much cheaper than any other moving company I've used. The warehouse is very new and clean; I even saw the cleaning lady wiping the floor when I arrived. The air conditioning system works perfectly. I highly recommend everyone try it!

Friendly, professional, forward thinking and good communicators. I’m very satisfied and will use their packing services again in the future. I chose to have my stuff stored for 6 weeks so I will write another review once I receive my stuff back. So far I would definitely recommend their services because it’s not easy finding professional moving and packing staff that communicate well in English.

Very, very, good service, from the pick up until the delivery. The communication and everything around was just smooth and easy, especially phu who picked up my luggage and delivered it again was always nice, and helpful! 🫰🏻 On point delivery,- almost German- time like! While in Ho Chi Minh, we had several large bags and boxes that were too heavy to fly back with. We needed an urgent storage solution until we could return to and take them back with us. MyStorage was excellent. They documented all our items, kept them secure, and when it was time to take the bags back (a few months later), they helped us load the car and reconfirmed everything.
