While in Ho Chi Minh, we had several large bags and boxes that were too heavy to fly back with. We needed an urgent storage solution until we could return to and take them back with us. MyStorage was excellent. They documented all our items, kept them secure, and when it was time to take the bags back (a few months later), they helped us load the car and reconfirmed everything. I’m very satisfied with the service.The staff have been very helpful and responsive in answering my questions. The service is also very convenient — everything can be paid online, so there’s no need to prepare a large amount of cash. I also really appreciate the 24-hour access to retrieve or store items anytime. The pricing is reasonable as well. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience
