Three commission levels based on the storage term. MyStorage will confirm the applicable conditions when the referral is received.
Short-term storage1–3 months

For clients moving home, renovating, or needing a secure place for their belongings temporarily.
- Commission is earned after the client moves in and makes the first payment.
- The initial payment is transferred within five business days.

For clients who need more space at home or want to store furniture and household belongings for longer.
- 500,000 VND when the client moves in and makes the first payment.
- A further 500,000 VND when the client begins the fourth month.
Business & long-termOver 1 year
Up to 3,000,000 VND
For long-term document, inventory, equipment, or household storage requirements.
- 1,000,000 VND at move-in, then another 1,000,000 VND at each eligible three-month milestone, up to 3,000,000 VND.
- Six months paid in advance: the 3,000,000 VND level may apply, subject to program conditions.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sell the service or prepare a quotation?
No. You only need to introduce someone who has a genuine storage requirement. MyStorage will advise the client, prepare the quotation, arrange a facility visit, and contract with the client directly.
How can I refer a client?
Submit the form on this page, create a three-person Zalo or WhatsApp group, or email MyStorage. Please make sure the client has agreed to be contacted before sharing their details.
When will I receive the commission?
The initial commission is transferred within five business days after the client moves in and makes the first payment. Additional payments depend on the applicable storage milestones.
Are packing and transportation included free of charge?
Packing and transportation are optional services quoted separately. MyStorage will explain all charges clearly to the client before any service is carried out.
What happens if the client ends the rental early?
The base move-in commission is not reclaimed under the program conditions. Additional commission only applies if the client continues renting until the relevant milestone.
Is there a limit to the number of clients I can refer?
There is no limit to the number of referrals. Each eligible new client is assessed separately, and the MyStorage team will confirm the conditions when the referral is received.
