American| Solo Expat| I used My Storage to store my suitcase, backpack and duffle so I didn’t have to drag them around Vietnam because I couldn’t find a suitable and affordable luggage storage company. My Storage did an amazing job! They offer AC shelf storage for a small quantity of items and it’s much more affordable than renting an entire unit. The staff is friendly, speaks English and is very responsive to all of your questions and concerns. Son was very helpful also. If you’re looking for reliable, safe and affordable storage in HCMC this is the company to use.

I move house every year, but this is the first time it's been so easy and quick because the team here is so professional. They work extremely efficiently and communicate very friendly in both English and Vietnamese. Importantly: the moving cost is much cheaper than any other moving company I've used. The warehouse is very new and clean; I even saw the cleaning lady wiping the floor when I arrived. The air conditioning system works perfectly. I highly recommend everyone try it!

I chose to have my stuff stored for 6 weeks so I will write another review once I receive my stuff back. While in Ho Chi Minh, we had several large bags and boxes that were too heavy to fly back with. We needed an urgent storage solution until we could return to and take them back with us. MyStorage was excellent. They documented all our items, kept them secure, and when it was time to take the bags back (a few months later), they helped us load the car and reconfirmed everything.
