Their system also works smoothly, you can send any pickup or delivery request via their web without too much communications. All my stuffs were perfectly protected for 4 months before moving to a new apartment. Highly recommend.

While in Ho Chi Minh, we had several large bags and boxes that were too heavy to fly back with. We needed an urgent storage solution until we could return to and take them back with us. MyStorage was excellent. They documented all our items, kept them secure, and when it was time to take the bags back (a few months later), they helped us load the car and reconfirmed everything.
